i think it’s not a bug.
When i starting the Tor-Browser it starts everytime with tails.net home site:
Tails - Willkommen bei Tails!
But i want that the browser starts with duckduckgo, how can i do it?

When i starting the Tor-Browser it starts everytime without the menu bar.
But i want that the browser starts with the menu bar, how can i do it?

Hello at all,
i don’t have much of a idea, actually no Linux at all.
Can someone give me a small step by step instruction to fix my problems?
I think it’s only a deal with the settings.

I did not understand you question, what I think you mean is every time tor boots up it goes to tails.net, I dont know if it a bug but that dose not happen to me, how i fix it would be to go to settings my looking at the 3 horisantle lines, first look to your tor url bar, then move your head to the right to the star, then move your head more, to the sheld, them to the cleanign stick, then thre downloads area, then farder you move your head you will see the 3 lines, click on it, hten look down and find settings, click on settings, in setting click on Home, then chnage the settings to tor browser home or what ever link yiou want! Also sorry for all the spelling mistakes, my break is cooked right now because of all the noize in the place i am in, hopefully you will fix your issue!

sorry for my late answer, but I was the last 2 to 3 weeks ill. (Bad influenca)
To 1. I don’t really understand the question, I think the OS is Debian?!
I’m working with a USB-stick…
To 2. I load Tails on the official website…
To 3.

That’s one thing that gets me about the Tor Browser that is shipped with Tails. There is no way to set the homepage to about:tor persistently to avoid possible fingerprinting since every time you open the browser it pings the tail homepage domain. Not to mention that after connecting to Tor via the TCA it pings that domain to check for updates. Not that is bad but as a user I don’t want to ping things more then I need to.
