When Tor Browser is launched for the first time in a session, it will automatically load The Tails Website.
If you should close the TB for any reason and restart it again, (not new identify) the Tails Website again loads, even if you configured it in Home options to not load with the previous TB session.
I don’t want or need The Tails Website to load with every boot and if I should desire to close TB and launch it again. I don’t believe it’s necessary and is something which should be changed to loading a local file on the user’s live session.
Perhaps a Tails page with a mix of basic and important information with links going to The Tails Website, Tails news, and so on. But loading the Tails Website with every TB launch is really just a bit much.
There are probably privacy/OPSEC issues here which could be resolved by changing this behavior so NO REMOTE SITE is loaded EVERY TIME you launch TB in Tails.
