Pages backgrounds still white while changed from colors settings

When reporting a bug, please include as many of these as possible:

  • Operating System you are using: Mnjaro Linux
  • Tor Browser version: 13.5.1
  • Step by step: go to settings then colors then manage colors then change background to black and uncheck use system colors and check: always.
