If you need long latency for anonymous emails or Usenet postings,
consider to use the YAMN Mix-Network with Tor. For that I have
created yamn-proxy which uses yamn.exe. Hope you like!
Binaries for Android/Termux are available. Tested with a 10 years old SAMSUNG J5 and Kaspersky VPN + Tor Network.
