webtunnel.exe pluggable transport for Windows is not in the Tor Expert Bundle
Does anyone know where can you download it?
WebTunnel is implemented with lyrebird. When extracting the Tor Expert Bundle for Windows, lyrebird.exe is located in the pluggable _transports directory.
Including this line in your torrc should work:
ClientTransportPlugin webtunnel exec <path-to-lyrebird.exe>
