What is Conjure bridge? How can I get them? Are they useful?

I found about the Conjure transport and learned a bit about it – using empty IP addresses as phantom proxies. Is this method still working now and what advantages/disadvantages does it have? How can I connect to Conjure?
I tried adding the bridge line

conjure 143.110.214.222:80 url=https://registration.refraction.network.global.prod.fastly.net/api front=cdn.sstatic.net

but the progress got stuck at 10%.

If the progress gets stuck at 10%, that means the only testing bridge is overloaded, you can try to connect later.
