So for the relay with the fingerprint 79E3B585803DE805CCBC00C1EF36B1E74372861D
OVH deleted the vps due to an error. I will need to start a new relay, but is it possible to configure with the original fingerprint as I have it written here? Thanks.

I have also lost a few relay in the past due to failed backup of keys. Maybe there should be a general guidance in docs asking relay operator to backup the keys, essential in case your server is suspended/drive fail/other reasons.

I back up the /var/lib/tor folder (cache excluded) and torrc.
That's all you need.
I keep only the fingerprint* files and keys directory, i.e. less than
50K of combined data. As backup storage requirements go, this is quite
affordable.

(There is a separate problem, which is that we have a lot of documentation
and probably also a lot of different places that people will look for
