[tor-relays] Question about new log messages after upgrade

Been getting these syslog messages occasionally after the upgrade on my bridge:

Anyone know what they mean and if it's something I should be worried about? Calculated advertised bandwidth seems to be about the same.

For reference, im running latest Raspbian 64-bit Lite on a Raspberry 4 with latest firmware aswell.
