Tor freezes (after many incoming SOCKS requests)

Yesterday, I suddenly noticed that TOR freezes (after many incoming SOCKS requests).

During the freeze, when connecting to the local socks port, I receive 0x5B (“Request rejected or failed”) as response all the time.

The log is then full of these messages:

"[debug] circuit_remove_handled_ports: Port 123 is already being handled; removing."
"[debug] circuit_remove_handled_ports: Port 456 is already being handled; removing."
"[debug] circuit_remove_handled_ports: Port 789 is already being handled; removing."

etc.

Restarting TOR fixes this issue to some extent (until this happens again).

But before, I could run TOR for days and weeks with no problem at all.

Appreciate your support.
