Tor Browser not working on Windows 10

Hello everyone,I got a recommendation from a friend to download Tor-Browser.When I opened it shows me: Unable to connect with torcc and couldn’t connect it with the internet.
My computer is a HP Pavilion windows 10. Also I can’t create a “bridge”.

Can anyone help,who has already fixed this issue?Thanks.

Hello, have you downloaded the latest version of the browser from here?
