I’m a member of a forum that uses Xenforo software. I decided to create an alternate account using TOR with the admins permission as kind of a joke on the community. The problem is a moderator contacted me and said that the IP address I registered with was associated with 2 banned members from a few weeks ago. I don’t know what happened. How can my IP be associated with two other members.

Your IP is the one of the exit relay. Although it is unlikely (since there’s quite a few exit relays) it is not impossible that you registered an account using the same exit relay the other users did. If they banned the account but not the IP then it can happen.
That means the exit node’s IP address was at least previously used for registration of two accounts.
As of this current writing, there are 2,467 Tor exit nodes. The one you used for registration already has prior history due to other Tor users also using it, but that may or may not be true when using a different Tor exit node.
