Windows warns me when I go to run the installer

I think Tor Project accidentally signed the latest installers with an expired Windows code signing certificate. This certificate was valid until Sept. 1st, 2026.

Just the normal Windows 10 warning screen that appears when you try to run unsigned installers. It says it was signed by an Unknown publisher or something like that. As the other person here says, likely your certificate expired accidentally or something?
