Interestingly enough, using 2 different Linux Ubunti 24.02LTS servers, both with 2GB Ram/1 CPU, it only happens on one server and not the other.
(I am not sure why both of these servers have used a different Tor version, but they did…)
Server 1: Tor 0.4.8.12 = error exists
Server 2: Tor 0.4.8.10 = Error is NOT present

You probably installed tor from Canonical’s repositories, which is 0.4.8.10 (tor : Noble (24.04) : Ubuntu)

Nope, that was arma. I was the one who noted you installed tor for trixie although using noble.

I am not too familiar with IRC. I haven’t used it since the 90s…lol
I just finished deploying my 12th node (this one in Jakarta)… I have 24 planned before I start round 2 (probably on another host)
