Please try the instructions mentioned in Tor Browser User Manual:

If you encounter issues, please tell us about the following:

  1. What operating system are you using and what version? (e.g Windows 11, macOS 13, Android 13. Ubuntu Linux 24.04 etc.)
  2. What version of Tor Browser? (see, How can I check what version of Tor Browser I have installed? | Tor Project | Support)
  3. Any errors / screenshots and Tor logs that you can share?

  • To copy your Tor logs on Tor Browser Desktop, navigate to the hamburger menu (“≡”), then click on “Settings”, and finally on “Connection” in the side bar. At the bottom of the page, next to the “View the Tor logs” text, click the button “View Logs…”. Please copy all of the lines and share with us here.

  • To copy your Tor logs on Tor Browser for Android, tap on the settings icon or “Configure connection” when on the “Connect to Tor” screen.Then navigate to the “Connection” section of the Settings and tap on “Tor Logs”. Please copy all of the lines and share with us here.
