Stable
Today, we are releasing 0.4.8.11 which updates the list of fallback directories that is currently at 30% failure rate. Also, new keys and IP address for the tor26 directory authority.
Worth noting, among few minor bug fixes, directory authorities running this version (and above) will automatically start rejecting relays running on version 0.4.7.x which is now end of life.
