Release Candidate
This is the first rc for the 0.4.8.x series. We fixed a major bug which was an assert crash on Exit relays related to Conflux. Then, only a couple of minor bug fixes.
This is looking good for the stable that we plan to release in around 2 weeks and so please keep testing and reporting bugs. Thanks everyone!
