The formal language main pronoun আপনি
- is ised to talk to strangers
- is used to talk to authority
- is used to talk whom we have distance with
So, I suggest using informal language তুমি, সে
In Spanish we also decided to use the informal way to address the user.

It seems this proposal does not have anybody against. I think we should message the other Transifex translators and ask for their input.
I feel this decision does not need to involve other teams in Tor Project, as it is more a translator’s decision, more related to how it is done with documentation on their language.
