In orbot when I want to add a bridge says the bridge format in invalid. I tried snowflake bridges and obfs4 bridges in different formats, but the problem exists: Bridge bridgeline bridge bridgeline bridgeline
and bridgeline without obfs4 or snowflake before the IP of the bridge.
The version of Orbot is 17.5.0-RC-1-tor-0.4.8.16 android.
What is the problem?
Update
I tested more possibilities. It doesn’t accept only IPv6 bridges and accepts IPv4s. But when I add an IPv4 bridge and tap on Connect button, says the configuration is invalid and doesn’t conenct.
No. When I put them in square brackets Orbot accepts them, but it has IPv4s’ problem, when I tap on Connect, Orbot ways the configuration is invalid and does not connect.
There is no need to add “Bridge” before the bridgeline
You must specify the type of the bridge (e.g. obfs4) at the start of the bridgeline
Snowflake is currently unsupported.
Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the problem. obfs4 IPv4 bridges work fine for me, on the same Orbot version. Maybe you have modified the torrc file in settings? Have you tried deleting app data and starting over? Have you tried specifying just a single bridge line?
