I noticed that GPG key on https://ooni.org/ has expired.

Key FP: 4C15 DDA9 96C6 C0CF 48BD 3309 6B29 43F0 0CB1 77B7

I tried to contact them via e-mail some time ago but the key is still expired (not re-signed), according to:
