Tor Browser 13.0.9 is now available from the Tor Browser download page and also from our distribution directory.
This version includes important security updates to Firefox.
This release updates Firefox to 115.7.0esr and Snowflake to 2.8.1. It also includes various bug fixes (see changelog for details).
