I want to change to another hosting because the host I am using has a severe abuse policy. Can I keep my original name and fingerprint?
Yes, have a look at backing up your relay. By putting in a safe place the keys, you can restore them in case you have a disk failure, or in this case, move your relay. Just copy them where they should be and that’s it. The name is part of the torrc config file, I recommend you back it up as well, especially if you are running some not-very-default config.
