I just updated to the latest Tor Browser release (12.5.4, “September 12 2023”) but the blog post link in the release file hasn’t been published yet, resulting in a 404: https://blog.torproject.org/new-release-tor-browser-1254
Is it normal for release notes blog posts to lag?
I think that happens from time to time. You can wait ~12 hr.
Probably the delay has something to do with a critical zero-day vulnerability [CVE-2023-4863].
