[Manual] Wrong URL used in about:manual#managing-identities for entry guard FAQ

Issue description
In about:manual#managing-identities under the heading “THE URL BAR”, the final sentence reads “For more information about Guards, consult the FAQ…”. “FAQ” directs to How can we help? | Tor Project | Support which shows the FAQ page but not the entry guard section. The correct URL for showing the entry guard section is How can we help? | Tor Project | Support

about:manual is the offline version of tb-manual.torproject.org, so we’ll have to correct it there, first.

We already have a GitLab issue for it :slightly_smiling_face: .
