Large jump in CPU usage for recent versions

Has anyone else noticed a large jump in tor’s CPU usage recently? Since about 4.9.8.

I’ve also noticed a significant increase in CPU usage, especially on versions 0.4.9.10 and 0.4.9.11 compared to older releases.
