Is Veilid something like the Tor?

Is Veilid a project that is similar to the Tor but for cellphones?

Their site claims so.

" The framework is conceptually similar to [IPFS] and [Tor], but faster and designed from the ground-up to provide all services over a privately routed network."

Another similar thing is Lokinet.

1- Can you compare the Tor with the Lokinet and I2P?

2- Are they based on Tor or use its mechanism?

3- Which one is safer?
