I saw that n hours ago on my bridge, there was a spike in tor_relay_connections_total. 10+ hours after, tor_relay_traffic_bytes started going up and tor_relay_circuits_total is fluctuating but trending upwards. I would like to understand more what each of these metrics mean. why are connections not increasing even though relay circuits is fluctuating? if rate(tor_relay_traffic_bytes[5m]) is increasing but tapering off, does it mean that there is some throttling happening?
