I set up a obfsv4 relay according to the website, but it is not really getting any traffic, just one unique user every 3 hours according too the logs
The bridge distribution method is “reserved”
Also I see a repeated message in the logs saying
“All current guards excluded by path restriction type 2; using an additional guard.”
Did I do something wrong setting it up?

A good test/check to use is to configure your tor browser to use your bridge. That way, every time you start the browser you’ll also be testing functionality of your bridge.
Start the browser and visit “Connections”, and then enter the info for your bridge.
I think the “All current guards excluded…” is benign. I’ve seen it before in my logs.
