  1. Tor Browser can also behave as SOCKS proxy.

  2. Firefox (browser) can work with Tor Browser
    and provide surfing through Tor.

  3. Is it possible to use some application between
    Tor Browser and Firefox for filtering German IP’s?
    I looking for that application

Hi, this is completely possible.

The torrc file allows you to configure this.

I believe you are attempting to exclude all German relays. Please keep in mind that this may have an effect on your privacy and anonymity.

Proceed at your own risk.
Add this line to your Torrc.

ExcludeNodes {de}

Restart Tor Browser. That should prevent Tor from connecting to German nodes.
