I'm trying to suspend 2FA until after the 20th, if I have it

I went to preferences, security, managing 2FA.
I only found things to add, which I didn’t recognize.
Does this mean I don’t have 2FA and don’t have to worry about the migration?

Did you enable 2FA? You would know since you a) had to do it and b) need to use it every time you log in.
