It sounded like a simple thing to do: load the extension in Firefox or the embed method. So I read up on it in the forums until I read this thread Snowflake add-on no longer listed on addons.mozilla.org
Is Snowflake dead or am I reading this wrong?
You’re reading that old thread wrong. It was just a temporary issue with Mozilla Add-on store, but the issue was fixed.

Ok! So I will fire it up. How do I know it is working? It says when the snowflake becomes green. How long does it take before someone uses it.
Had a look at those stats. Noticed most of the client-http-ips are from RU, IR, and CN. Don’t quite understand why.

I wasn’t serious when I wrote that of course. I know very well why. It was meant to be a humorous remark. I looked it up on the internet. The word is facetious. So I was being facetious.
Nothing since my last post. It’s on a machine doing distributed computing running 24/7.
