I noticed a recent message I sent to tor-project got pretty mangled in the forum mirror.

@donuts helped fix up the forum version, but it’d be nice to figure out if there’s something we can fix to avoid such mangling.
Moderators should be able to see the fixes in the edit history, but they were:
- Links in the first two sentences were omitted completely
- Some newlines were removed, causing paragraphs to get folded into headers.
