How to help build a Snowflake proxy with my own computer in a censored area?

I have a good proxy node and can connect to TOR both behind a proxy and through a WebTunnel bridge, although unable to do so directly because of geographical reasons. I really like to share a Snowflake proxy for friends also suffering from censorship. Is it possible to do so?
Well, I also have a web server in the US, which only has a ssh command-line interface. Is it possible to run it here? I’ve tried but failed to install Firefox there and forward the display to my computer, or I would’ve done that already.
I love the TOR project and want to do my best – however weak my efforts may seem – to help friends around the world to connect.

Running a Snowflake proxy while using a VPN/proxy is possible. As long as you can connect to https://snowflake.torproject.net/ with your browser, your Snowflake proxy will work. Either way the Snowflake extension should report to you whether it succeeds in this.

Yes. Run the standalone version. No need to install a browser.

Though since you have a dedicated IP on your VPS, it’s usually more useful to run another kind of bridge, e.g. obfs4 or WebTunnel.

My server is low-end and only has 1c1g, with about 600mb of ram free. Is it enough to run a webtunnel bridge? Or is snowflake more suitable?

Heard that browser snowflake relies on WebRTC. Shall I close WebRTC Leak Shield to do so?

This should be enough for a bridge. See requirements.

Yes.

I’m not sure how it works, but if it really does disable WebRTC completely, then yes, better disable that extension.
