Hi,
I host an obfs4 bridge and wanted to know if it is possible to get an user count? Whether precise or only rough? If yes, how?

You can search for your bridge in relay search, there you will find a graph the average number of connected users to your bridge.
For example dragon, one of the builtin bridges has ~1000 users:

You should expect way less users than a builtin bridge, those get heavily used.
Or if you run the bridge under linux you can look into /var/lib/tor/stats/bridge-stats
