How often will Tor CLI client automatically update nodes?

The TOR cli doesn’t seem to change its nodes often. So how often – if ever – will it change its connection nodes?

Am not sure exactly sure what this question asks. Do you mean when using tor.exe as a proxy via commands like: curl --proxy socks5h://127.0.0.1:9150 ?

Yesterday it did from PL to NO. Today hopping 2 IPs in DE then to NO
