I am operating a torproject.org mirror on my website at torproject.diyarciftci.xyz . How do I go about getting indexed by tor project group as a mirror? I don’t really understand what I’ve seen regarding the .csv file here.

Just had a look at the procedure and your mentioned .csv file.
Guess the csv (Comma-separated values) should be the smallest challenge here.
When you look at the mentioned mailing list, you will find examples, how others dealt with it:
Now reality kicks in:
In the current list of mirrors Tor Project: Mirrors a bunch is not working as advertised thus having status “Up to date”.
On the mailing list is no traffic since 02 May '25 and new mirrors have not been added since a while now.
