I am unsure of when I get the Guard flag back on my relay. I was forced to stop my relay for one month or more, now not sure what I have to do? Thanks for any pointers to the right direction.

In summary, guards are automatically rotated for efficiency, so there isn’t much you can do other than keeping the relay running. 
Just wait for about a month.
