It’s been one month since I become exit relay, as my ISP doesn’t allow port-forwarding I used mullvad VPN to portforward it.I have setup relay on good specs i3 6th gen CPU, 8gb ram, 100Mbit plan only getting ~500KB/s. my CPU is not overwhelmed its only using like 10% CPU usage with 30% memory usage. I didn’t set the bandwidth limit in torrc. why my relay not running in full potential.
Perhaps a bottleneck with Mullvad?

I don’t think so, my previous ISP allows fortwarding and I had setup middle relay on same hardware and was getting ~200Kb/s for 4-5 months.same case with exit relay only ~500-800kb/s.I really don’t know whats going on
