@Navychi4 which version of Tor Browser did you upgrade from and to? Also, how did you apply the update (if manually, where did you download the software from?) and have you disabled the auto update feature? As you’ve been using Tor Browser a long time you should have been prompted to update with each new release otherwise. What is your OS? And finally when you say “I can log on to the network” are you referring to making a connection to the Tor network or something else?
Have your tried downgrading to the last known ‘good’ version to see if the problem persists? Do you have another device you can try Tor Browser on to check the problem is not device-specific?
