Was a resolution ever found for this problem? I have the same problem. The Tor Network connection is prompt. A search or website takes about 30 minutes to load. Any further surfing, links, or tabs and Tor pretty well stops - I’ve left it for hours and nothing loads.
Tried on two different devices/computers.
Using 15.0.3 – fully updated and recently reinstalled. Windows 10.
Is there something global that has changed in the last two weeks (when I first started to notice) that affects Tor browsers? A windows update? Might my ISP be doing something? If so, what? And how would I know?
