Documentation for Bridge: update Debian release

Tor Project | Debian / Ubuntu sais:

On Debian, the latest version obfs4proxy package is available in stable-backports. By default, backports packages are not installed, so to install the latest version of obfs4proxy you need to use the following command sudo apt install -t bullseye-backports obfs4proxy

This is no longer true. Debian stable is bookworm not buster and it ships obfs4proxy version 0.0.14, the most recent release and package.

This page should be updated.

In the simplest way, the entire paragraph “4. Install obfs4proxy” could be replaced by:

# apt install obfs4proxy
