DDoS protection in Windows running bridge

Hello. I was considering enabling a bridge for the Tor network on my home server running Windows. I read this documentation at https://community.torproject.org/relay/setup/bridge/windows/ and would like to know if there are any other steps I can take after installation to protect myself from DDOS attacks, as the post-installation guide is designed for Linux.

I also have a separate question: how do users connect to the bridge if the ports in the torrec configuration are random?

Hello there and welcome,

I’m a windows person as well and I dont really know much about te DDoS settings in torrc. I have never been DDoS’d so I’ve got webtunnels obfs4 and snowflake and some realys, 12 static IP’s at hand.

Bridgelines, these can be found in the data folder and in the datafolder a folder called state I think and a text file is produced called bridgelines.txt
