Contributing to Tor Localization

Hi everyone,

I have been exploring different tools & projects & one thing I want to know about Tor is how it’s available in so many languages. It makes the experience smoother for people who are not very comfortable with English But while trying out some of the interfaces; I noticed that not every section has complete translations. Some menus or prompts still show up in English; which might be a bit confusing for new users.

I wanted to ask if there’s an easy way for community members such us to contribute to improving translations. Do you use a specific platform for submitting translations or corrections; or is it done through GitHub & community contributions? I think it would be great if more people could easily help with this.

I have been learning some tech skills & came across Golang Training, which made me think how useful it would be if we also had structured resources or workshops to learn about contributing in different languages here.

Thank you…

The Tor project seems to be using Weblate.
