Hi all!
I have Tor (just Tor only) version 0.4.6.10 running on Linux. It is NOT a relay, just a client. It uses bridges (obfs4 or webtunnel) and it worked well for a long time. But recentry I had to re-install OS. Now Tor can’t establish connecition.
The typical log is like:

and connection failed.
Bridge or transport changing has no effect. Cache clearing etc does nothing too. But I noticed that Tor Browser with the same bridges works well.
