In my location, only Webtunnel allows me to establish a connection, as other bridges don’t connect. I usually keep Tor running to avoid having to frequently log into required websites, but sometimes the OS kicks Tor from memory, forcing me to restart Tor, which causes the problem. Although Webtunnel is specified in the settings, it doesn’t connect. I have to cut the Webtunnel address in the settings, select a different bridge type, such as obfs4, and try to connect (the connection fails). Then I have to select and paste the old Webtunnel address into the settings and try connecting again. After this procedure, the connection is established.
