I’ve also tried to contact Server Plan support (the company that hosts my site) but I can’t access their site either. I’m thinking there could be a block and they just reject connections from TOR (I read something about this in the FAQ but honestly I’m not 100% sure so if you think this could be the reason I’ll try opening a ticket on their site using another browser).
