I tried to add KeePassXC-Browser and SimpleLogin plugins to Tor Browser, but I cannot see them in the toolbar.
Does anyone know how to make them available ?

hi @Obelix, I don’t use those plugins, but you can show them with this process:
Hamburger Menu → Add-ons and themes → … → Manage → Toolbar button (show)

I do have the hide/show button for NoScript, but not for KeePass nor SimpleLogin. Here are the printscreens of the AddOn managers :

Tor Browser by default always uses private mode. So you have to allow the addons in private Windows.
Remember that every addon potentially alters your fingerprint and could make you identifiable.
