For example, I set up a socks5 proxy in some apps like Telegram, allow it to use 127.0.0.1@9150 from Tor Browser. If I do that, can Telegram use Tor Network and not affect the security of Tor Browser itself?
guess the Tor Browser doesn’t bother and Telegram should work with it’s socks proxy too - but i do not know, if the Telegram application will obey the rule and only uses the proxy thus does not leak your real IP - but wireshark or something similar might be handy to find out…
