Moscow, Russia. Today all or major mobile phone operators blocking Wireguard, OpenVPN, IPSec according to our anti-censorship guys. My wireguard VPN down on android mobile phone through 4G, but works with WiFi. Both Tor Alpha with Conjure and Tor with obfs4 bridge works good.

Only “station is under high load” during last weeks. Any news on scaling it up?
