Would it be best to run a bridge in a specific jurisdiction to benefit Russian users or does the location not matter? I was not sure if it would be best to host one in the US, through a Russian VPS, or anywhere else.
You should avoid hosting a bridge in Russia and other locations are fine.
Some relay operators reported having connectivity issues as the government is deploying censorship equipments in the datacenters.
