Application request when we haven't used client functionality lately. Optimistically trying known bridges again

Hello,
I want to use the Tor bridges and I added the following lines in the /etc/tor/torrc file:

UseBridges 1
Bridge obfs4 XXX

And when I checked the /var/log/tor/notices.log file I saw the following line:

Application request when we haven't used client functionality lately. Optimistically trying known bridges again.

I tested the webtunnel too and I got the same result.
Any idea?
